Mr. Castiglia received his diploma from Montclair Academy, Montclair, N.J. in 1970. In 1974 he received his Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA. He received his Juris Doctor in 1977 from the Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, N.J.
He was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey in 1977. He was admitted to the US Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1981 and admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States of America in 1983.
He served as the National President of the Fraternity of Alpha Chi Rho from 1989-1991 and currently serves as Treasurer and Trustee of the Alpha Chi Rho Educational Foundation.
He lives in Oak Ridge, N.J. (Jefferson Township) and is active in the Jefferson Township Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Morris County Bar Association.
